Exact-match search fails the moment someone types "acess review". Search on Controls, Evidence and Framework Controls now has three modes: exact match; Close match, which tolerates typos and missing words; and Meaning match, which finds results by concept rather than wording.

Sampling usually lives in side spreadsheets, disconnected from the evidence it supports. Requests and evidence objects now have a type: Standard, Population or Sample. Create a sample request alongside its population, hold it in Awaiting Sample until the population arrives, then generate the sample straight from the population's files.

Working a risk register means jumping between records and losing your place in the list. Risks now open in a resizable split view beside the list, with new tabs for controls, framework controls, tasks and findings and a redesigned Risk Info tab with a date timeline. Lists auto-fit their columns, and you choose which ones to show.

Security reviews stall while customers wait on documents and your team answers the same questions by email. Trust Center gives you a branded public page for your compliance badges, updates, FAQs, subprocessors and documents. Visitors request access, accept your NDA and verify their email, and you approve requests or auto-approve trusted domains.

The Claude connector opened to customers in beta. It comes with a curated set of tools for reading your program, searching with AI, suggesting risks and tasks, uploading files and switching organizations. JumpCloud's MCP gateway joined Claude as a supported client.
