Product update

New in fullCircle: August 2026

An assistant that acts, with your approval

August let fullCircle AI make changes for you, with every action waiting on your approval. A new notifications inbox keeps everyone on top of their work, task records connect to the controls and risks around them, and admins now manage MCP access in settings.

fullCircle AI makes changes, with your approval

An assistant that can only talk still leaves you doing the clicking. fullCircle AI can now make changes for you: create and update formal findings, record control testing, create and update evidence, link files, set tags, and pass or fail vendor questionnaires. Each action waits on a card with a plain-English summary until you choose Allow or Don't allow.

Write actions across findings, testing, evidence, files, tags and vendors
A plain-English summary of every change
Allow, Don't allow, Approve all or Deny all
Unanswered requests expire, and nothing changes

02Platform

One inbox for everything that needs you

Mentions, assignments and expiring evidence get lost in email. The bell in the top bar is now a live Notifications inbox, with an unread count, search, category filters and bulk mark-as-read, so everyone can see what needs them in one place.

A live unread badge on the bell
Search, with Unread, Read and All views and category filters
Mentions, assignments, expiring evidence, task reminders, events and vendor reviews
A direct link to your communication preferences
03Projects

Tasks connected to everything they fix

A remediation task means little without the control, risk or finding behind it. Task records now have Controls, Framework Controls, Findings and Risks tabs, subtasks that open inline and an always-visible comments dock. New risks can link to controls and framework controls the moment you create them.

Always-visible comments and a Change Log

04MCP Server

MCP access your admins control

Connecting AI assistants to compliance data needs guardrails. Admins now generate, rotate or delete the organization's MCP credentials in settings and grant MCP access person by person. Consultants can authorize against every organization they work with, and sessions now last a week.

A per-person MCP Connector permission
Authorize across every organization you can access
Week-long sessions, plus new evidence, file and tagging tools

05Questionnaires

Answer spreadsheet questionnaires where they live

Many security questionnaires still arrive as spreadsheets. Questionnaire Responder now detects questionnaires in Google Sheets, Excel Online, OneDrive and SharePoint, scans the workbook directly and exports your answers into a filled copy. Questionnaires and question-bank answers can be scoped, too.
