May gave admins a safe way to delete files for good and made fullCircle AI handle bigger work, from long conversations to ZIP archives and records going back to 2025. Auditors also gained an AI agent that drafts formal findings.

Delete files for good, after a full safety check

Some files shouldn't stay in your GRC platform forever, but deleting one blindly can break an audit trail. Admins can now permanently delete a file. fullCircle first lists every version and everywhere the file is used, and won't delete it while it's still linked.

fullCircle AI takes on bigger questions

Real GRC work means long conversations and big evidence packages. fullCircle AI now keeps long chats going without errors, reads ZIP archives and searches your records all the way back to January 2025. It can also follow the links between formal findings and the assessment controls they relate to.

Writing formal findings is one of the slowest parts of closing an assessment. The new Formal Findings Generator agent drafts them with fullCircle AI, so reviewers start from a draft instead of a blank page. Every run shows its progress and keeps a history.
