January gave you more control over evidence: set a status yourself when your process calls for it, and find the right file fast in any evidence object. Self assessments now reach exactly the people assigned to them, and framework cards show what's ready to deploy.

Evidence
Automatic statuses are right most of the time, but sometimes you know something the system doesn't. Turn on Manually Set Status to pick an evidence object's status yourself, and it carries through everywhere status is reported. Inside every evidence object, files now sit under All, Active and Expired tabs, with filters that find the right one fast.

Self assessments stall when everyone sees everything and nobody knows what's theirs. Analysts now see only the assessments and sections assigned to them, and they get an email as soon as they're assigned. Managers get an Assigned To column across the list.

Only approved controls and evidence will be created or updated during deployment.
Before you add a framework, you want to know how much of the work is already done. Framework cards now flag when risk3sixty has pre-configured controls and evidence for that framework. And if you'd rather map a framework by hand, you can enable it without creating any controls or evidence.
